Returns Policy
Return Conditions:
We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as when received, with tags intact, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.
How to Return:
- To initiate a return, contact us at support@radiantorbit.com. If your return is approved, we will provide detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.
- Items sent back without prior return approval will not be accepted.
Return Shipping Costs:
- If the return is due to a defective or incorrect item, we’ll cover the return shipping costs.
- For returns due to a change of mind, you’ll need to cover the return shipping fees.
Restocking Fee:
A restocking fee of 25% applies to all returns.
Return Method:
All returns must be sent by mail.
Return Label:
- For damaged or defective items, contact us, and we’ll email you a return label. Simply download and print it.
Refunds:
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days and credited to your original payment method.
If Your Refund is Delayed:
- First, check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to post.
- Contact your bank, as processing times can vary.
- If you’ve done all this and still don’t see your refund, reach out to us at support@radiantorbit.com.
Damages and Issues:
Inspect your order upon receipt. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.
Exchanges:
We only exchange items that are defective or damaged. To request an exchange, email us at support@radiantorbit.com.
Address Changes:
To change your shipping address, contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.
