What if my product arrives damaged?
- Upon delivery, inspect the packaging for any signs of damage. If you notice damage, including to the box, make a note of it when signing for the delivery.
- If you cannot open the package immediately but suspect damage, write “suspect damage” on the delivery receipt.
- Should your item(s) arrive damaged, send clear photos to support@radiantorbit.com. We will process a replacement or refund, typically within one business day.
